Allow us to introduce our visionary founder and CEO, Sandy Terronez. Sandy's educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.


With an illustrious career spanning over three decades as both an Engineer and a Business Owner, Sandy possesses a wealth of expertise in the intricate landscape of her field. Additionally, she brings substantial experience to the forefront, particularly in the staffing, recruiting, and human resource solutions sector, with a notable focus on the Engineering and IT realms.

Sandy's journey through her remarkable career has been punctuated by a continuous progression of responsibilities, encompassing various domains such as project and personnel management, project controls, project engineering, cost estimation, resource allocation, and procurement.
